G&L has been in business for over 36 years. Yesenia is a person with professionalism, dedication and commitment. I myself and my entire family depend on G&L and will not go anywhere else. She is a human not a robot, we all make mistakes.
I had used Yesenia 8 years ago and had pleasant experiences. This time was different. She forgot to add my son to our taxes even with him in the room with me so we had to amend our taxes. To make matters worse, she messed up my account number for direct deposit and have to deal with that myself. I paid $250 for her to mess up twice. Called and informed them of second mistake, wasn’t even offered money back for horrible service. I will never use this business again.
My daughter had what seemed to be a complicated tax scenario. We sought the services of Azucena Lopez at GL Tax Pros and our minds were quickly put at ease.
