I went in and I was given a number and when I went to finalize they gave me a less amount. Asked if they can review it before sending it in. Was told to wait after tax season when they have less people so they can review it. They sent it in regardless. I feel like if I paid for a service it should have been seen through in a timely manner, not a month after. Got a report saying it did indeed have an error. Sticking back with getting my taxes filed by yessinia or considering looking for another place for next year.
