Stopped in on my drive passing through for a Naples for a pedicure around 6:27pm they looked at the clock and asked if they were closed (sign said 7:30) I should’ve left because Grace rushed my pedicure.. I was irritated but I guess it’s my fault for going into a business an hour before closing expecting good service.. fyi I made this review while still in the place drying my toes
Been going to them for over a decade. My last visit, I was disappointed with the design on my toes. The employee who did rushed the pedicure (last around 40 minutes versus an hour that it would take me) and the design I wanted was rushed and not done with care. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I booked a same day appointment for my daughter and me to get pedicures. We when we arrived , we both were seated without any wait. Lucy and Amy, our nail technicians, were incredibly friendly and gentle with our feet. There is a wide variety of gel colors to choose from. We were so satisfied with the work that my daughter and I will definitely be returning soon!
They kept changing prices ‘ told me I had a broken nail and wanted to charge extra $10 to fix on top of fill in quoted way higher than I was told
