The hotel itself deserves much better than the experience I had checking in. The room was clean, modern, comfortable, and met my expectations. If I were rating the room alone, it would have been 5 stars. Unfortunately, the check-in experience completely overshadowed the stay. I had prepaid my reservation on July 22 and had proof from both my bank and my reservation confirmation that the payment had been processed. Wonderful hotel for everyone but definitely recommend using for TLE moving to Vance. Wendi was super nice and Mo was very helpful. I didn't get to use the pool but the gym was always empty and clean so thats a plus. I felt very welcomed to Enid staying there so thank you to all the staff. My wife and I enjoyed it very much.
Mo did a GREAT job of helping my family with reserving a room under difficult circumstances. All of the hotel staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and more comfortable than higher priced properties I've stayed at. The morning breakfast was good and not the same everyday. We stayed for a week so it wasn't boring. The only reason I'm not giving the rooms a 5 star is because the water pressure was too low and if my roommate turned on the bathroom sink while I was in the shower, the shower water... read more
The manager overcharged my room $30 a night, removed my last night stay and held my room hostage trying to make me pay, then tried running my card for the difference. Would never recommend
