RecommendedRicky was awesome! He provided great customer service. I called him on a Friday afternoon and he was willing and able to schedule me for same day service. He provided a service call quote and explained the process well. He told what time he would be here and notified me when he was on his way. He showed up on time, was polite, and had my dryer operating within 10 minutes. He definitely gained a customer for life. He made the entire experience easy.

Total disappointment with communication! I never got the shelves for the fridge we bought back in Feb. Very friendly guy but let us down with no returned calls or messages. EDIT: THANK YOU for getting in touch! We got the shelves for our fridge!
