Great Communication and Follow-Through From the start, communication was clear and easy. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. They kept me updated the entire way and followed through on everything they said. You can tell they actually care about their clients and take pride in doing things the right way. I was just informed that because I haven't had GKT service any of my commercial equipment in the past six months they will not service my equipment any more. No reason other than the amount of time since my last service call. That's very disappointing. I was very happy with them in the past.
