I took my computer to GKB Tech Solutions. It was completely locked down by a scammer. I could not open my computer no matter what I tried to do. Gus, the GKB Manager, immediately started working on it. He was able to fix it and had it working perfectly so I could pick it up the same day. A few days later by phone, Gus helped me install a anitivirus software on my computer and helped me reinstall several programs I had lost when my computer was scammed. Gus worked on our entire commercial network here at GKT, he redid basically our entire network from the ground up and restored our functionality completely. He is an incredibly quick and efficient worker, who's knowledge and expertise is invaluable. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing tech services!
