This is a family run business that has customer service all figured out. Extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We have had the pleasure of using them for our older unit and will not call anyone else. Thank you so much for your amazing care and support!

Very happy with the service they provided when I thought my furnace had broken during the very cold ice/snow storm we had. While it did take a couple days before they were able to make it out to my house, they were the only honest company out of several that I had come out. AB-May and Anthony H&C both did very little diagnostics and simply said I needed to buy a new furnace (and quoted an insane amount of money). I can't say enough great things about GK Smith. They have installed two AC units for us and they have always been very competitive with price and top notch on quality. As busy as they are they always find a way to help out. Thanks for taking the time to help me out today. You guys are the best.
