I just finished the 6 week program at GK Performance, and I am so glad I did. I was even away for a couple weeks during the program and I have still seen incredible results. I signed up for the 6 week challenge because I wanted/needed a kick start to an exercise and clean healthy eating regime. It exceeded my expectations. I feel stronger and better than I have in years, plus I lost 15 lbs. YAY to me haha Zoey and Jeff are fantastic and very knowledgeable and are truly there for you.

GK Perfomance is phenomenal!!! I took their 6 week program. Received assistance with maintaining my diet and one on one time while working out. In 6 weeks I got the results I wanted and more. They offer various options for membership which make it very flexible for my schedule. I would highly recommend them if your wanting to make a positive change in your health, body and mind.

I can’t say enough good things about GK performance and their programs. Jeff, Zoë, and Shawn absolutely rock! The results speak for themselves, after their 6 week challenge I had dropped 19lbs and gained back the physical strength that I haven’t had in years.
