I just finished the 6 week program at GK Performance and I can honestly say it was one of the best things I’ve done for myself. Jeff was an amazing trainer. I think this is a great program to kickstart your weight loss and healthy lifestyle. I feel better about myself each time I leave the gym. It has reduced stress for me and all around I feel generally more happy. Jeff is fantastic. He always pushes you to try to level up and has you doing more than you even know you’re capable of. He does a great job explaining each exercise and is always watching to make corrections to make sure you are getting the most out of each workout. He makes time for everyone in the group. Training with Jeff has taught me many positive lessons. It’s okay not to know anything. It doesn’t matter that you are out of shape, that is why you are there! You shall have some so-so days; that’s ok. As long as you are trying, that’s all that matters. Even if I do a move or exercise and I’m not great at it, it’s ok. I will do better next time. Zoe and Geoff are knowledgeable and wonderful people to work with. After completing the 6 week challenge, I can honestly say I learned a lot from them and now have incorporated some of the suggestions into my everyday life. The exercises were challenging but not impossible. The other members in the group were encouraging and motivated each other to keep going. If you are willing to work towards your fitness and health goals, this is a wonderful place to start and to grow.
