Called and was scheduled for an appointment to replace my car's battery at 5:30 on a Tuesday. At 6:45 on Tuesday, I called to find out where the mechanic was and when I could expect him. Didn't get hold of him, so left a message but never received a callback at all. Still waiting and it's been 3 months now. Thankfully, a friend was able to replace the battery for me.
