I recently purchased a forklift from G&K for my business. They responded to my inquiry after-hours on a Saturday night and had shipping arranged for the 3 hour drive to my warehouse within a week. They made sure we were taken care of, could not be more satisfied with the service. Would definitely recommend using G&K for any equipment needs.
We called them to inspect our lifts, and they were out the next day. Most places wouldn't even send someone out. They would just walk us thru how to do it on the phone. We really appreciate the customer service. All our new equipment will come from G&K!
