I came in one day to look at cars, it's my first time by myself and I met a really nice salesman who was informative personable and let me look and gave suggestions with what I had in mind. Everything was good at first. Until today when the service lady admitted to me that the used vehicles aren’t inspected. She states if the car runs good we don’t check it…. Haven’t had the car 6 weeks and nothing but problems.
I bought my car out of state (I’m from Michigan) and couldn’t be happier with my purchase! They were willing to negotiate over the phone, which got me a fantastic deal. The only comparable option I found was a car in New Mexico, but that one didn’t have the add-ons I wanted—not to mention the hassle of either a long drive or the cost to ship it. I'm a woman and one that doesn't know squat about cars. I drive a 2014 Subaru Outback with about 138,00, and I have to say thankfully when my car tanked the Ford dealer was right across the street from where I was, I couldn't drive it, was locking up and coolant and other fluid was leaking out of it and smoking out of the hood. The guy looked it over, not sure they put it up on the racks or whatever they are called.
