The service writer who helped was very was great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I requested a call prior to any NON warranty work being done. I was not contacted, and non warranty work was done that I did not give consent for. It was not essential to the safe operation of my car.

They convinced my elderly parents to buy a car that is far to advanced for them to ever learn how to use.
My husband doesn’t do well with dealerships. I did the credit application online called ahead and spoke with John and informed him of some things I wanted with financing since we were driving over a hour he had sales person Omar give us a call and walk over the truck to ensure it didn’t have a lot of defects. We arrived with plates ready and literally signed and drove! Highly recommend thanks John and Omar!!
The service manager and the cashier I dealt with were awesome! Sherry on the other hand was rude and condescending. Every single time I have my car serviced here I have a problem with her. She is not an honest person! If I didn't have to deal with her I'd give you 5 stars!
