Builder doesn't call back or answer emails after being notified of defects. Water proofing non compliant doesn't terminate 75mm above FL, screed not installed correctly. Timber beams rotted through. Construction of alterations without proper permits and approvals and deviation from building permit documentation. Worst builder ever. I have been dealing with the drainage issue over 2 years with no movement. They don't respond to calls and emails. Couldn't have been resolved a long time ago.
GJC Builders built a 12 apartment block in Boronia that I happen to live in. There are so many defects throughout the entire property including such a terrible roof that the whole thing needs to be replaced & yet they don't answer their phone & have absolutely no inrmterest on coming to fix the proble.s they created by their faulty workmanship. This also includes 4 balconies that are in danger of falling down. I'd stay away from any property that they have put their mark on before they fo the same thing to you as they have t... read more
