I had a very disappointing experience at GJ Nails today. We went during business hours, but the door was locked. I could clearly see someone inside doing a customer's nails, yet no one acknowledged us or even came to the door to let us know if they were closed, busy, or by appointment only. It felt very rude and unprofessional to completely ignore potential customers. A simple wave or explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't plan on returning.
It took 2 hours but nails were very shiny and pretty. Cost $85+the tip. No art version is $45. Call at least a week ahead. They don't not usually have walk-in appointments.
Had a pedicure here and it was definitely one of the best I have had! Johnny was very thorough and my pedicure looks amazing. I enjoyed chatting with Johnny, he is good at what he does and runs a great nail salon, I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area.
My sister and I had pedicures here today. They look amazing and the staff were very helpful. John explained all the techniques that would suite our nail types and what we should consider for an upcoming wedding. They just were seriously the nicest people. Very calm atmosphere. We will be returning.
