John and George did an outstanding job on my landscaping, from capturing the requirements and to the mission execution. They organised turf, retaining walls, and levelling of site — with professionalism, great work ethic, and impressive attention to detail. Most importantly, they are respectful and were always on-time… for the initial quote and all subsequent appointments. The site was left spotless on a daily basis.
We used GJ for a landscaping project and were bitterly disappointed. Most things we could overlook, and have rectified ourselves. But they put the wrong turf down despite assurances we would get what we asked for. We have tried to chase up to have it rectified but have received no response. I’m not sure if they tried to cut corners (as they put a much cheaper turf down), or don’t know the difference. But either is concerning for a landscaper.
