Absolutely disgusting how he talks to his customers. “Lost interest in doing work for you” on a job that was supposed to be done and never showed up to the job he was supposed to show up to. Owning a business, and having reasonable doubts for a job is fine, but not talking to a customer that could have given you thousands of dollars of work mind you, to be done owning a business myself. Owning 7 homes. Needing carpets cleaned yearly. Lost a good job. Lost all respect for this company.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but these guys have earned one. I work in property maintenance, so I deal with a lot of contractors, and GJ Carpet Company has always been one of the easiest to work with. They show up, get the job done right, communicate well, and take pride in their work. It’s honestly refreshing to have a company you don’t have to worry about. I have been using GJ Carpet Cleaning for several years now, from my office building to my personal home. They never disappoint and have always been more than fair on pricing. I would recommend them to any friends or family.
