I work in property maintenance, so I deal with a lot of contractors, and GJ Carpet Company has always been one of the easiest to work with. I had my apartment carpets cleaned yesterday by James. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The technician was punctual, friendly, and very thorough throughout the entire process. My carpets look and smell fresh again, and several stains I thought were permanent were completely removed.
