Dr. Gizzi is a great doctor and I have only positive things to say about him. The secretary is another matter. seriously, how is anyone able to make an appointment when she NEVER ANSWERS the phone? I have literally called over 35 times, simultaneously on several occasions and not once has the phone been picked up. This is infuriating, disrespectful, stressful and extremely unprofessional.
If you actually care about your loved one’s health you would not bring them here. The secretary there NEVER answers the phone so good luck trying to get an appointment. Worst receptionist I’ve ever seen in my life I don’t know how she’s been here for so long.
