I purchased a Husqvarna Automower from Gizmo 3 years ago. In those 3 years, I have needed service several times but they never answer their phone, often have full voicemail boxes and more importantly, they rarely return calls. My Automower is completely useless right now but I can’t get anybody from Gizmow to return my call or more importantly, schedule service.

Never answered the phone and no reply to emails. If you call either you get a voicemail full message and no chance to leave a message. It's a shame, I have tried to reach them for 2 months now as they are listed as a local Husqvarna installer for the robotic mower...
I looked at my 3/4 acre of lawn, considered a riding mower and thought “naaaaaah”. My research said robot lawnmower, and fortunately I found GizMow as a knowledgeable partner to make it happen right here in St. Louis. They have been great in both initial installation and ongoing support. 5 stars!
