I was starting to like this place, I came here almost every time to buy video games, I bought more than 15 games and spend over more than $150. There was 1 game that wasn't working, I brought the game back the next day with the receipt, I wasn't trying to get my money back, all I want was to exchange it with something else. Despite showing them the receipt with $48 spend, 1 of the 5 games I bought not working. They said they don't do return or exchange. I'm not coming back to this place again, they just lost a customer. Roam around indiana for work. Over the years to weed out places I will test the checkout counter. I play dumb. When the guy looks at all the cds and says nothing and one is missing it solidifies me never returning to the place. The front right two sellers always have great music to purchase but when the front counter guy is doing such a thing it ruins the whole place.
Some good finds! Some of the booths are a bit cluttered, however, I always find something when I visit
This is one of my favorite places to treasure hunt ! The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Also, the music they play is sing-a-long worthy too. ☺️
