I keep getting called by people that want to make appointments or speak to Dr. Gizel Abraham. I’ve gotten 20plus calls within the last 30 min. Unsure what is going on but it needs to stop! No way of contacting anyone to have them check their system!
Dr. Abraham has been caring for my children for close to seven years, my youngest for four. She is attentive, caring, excellent with children, and has always been there for us in urgent health situations. Her office has walk-in sick care visits, which is uncommon and usually a service that only urgent care offers in terms of hours. Post-pandemic, my children ended up with colds that I refer to as super-viruses, leaving my youngest in peril with her breathing, a simple cold turning to a croup. From our daughter's first appointment, Dr. Abraham and her staff have been welcoming, friendly and very competent caring for our daughter's health. Dr. Abraham allowed us to create a delayed vaccination schedule and is always eager to answer our questions.
Dr. Abraham was fine, we only saw her for about 5 minutes. We were called in very quickly but had to wait in the exam room for over 30 minutes. The office was not the cleanest, we will not be going back.
I was very satisfied with my first visit today
