We were under the care of Dr Udoff and his wonderful team of nurses, including the lovely nurse Laurel. Dr Udoff is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience. The nurses communicated really well and in a timely manner, which made a very difficult process more manageable. The nurses were very supportive and went out of their way to address our unique needs. We are so grateful.
I started my fertility journey at Shady Grove but left because the experience was terrible so I transitioned to GIVF Fertility and found it to be night and day. At GIVF I received good and prompt communication related to financing treatment, insurance coverage, appointment availability and clinical care during IVF cycles. GIVF is the reason we had our second daughter. After months of not having answers not only did they get to the bottom of the issue but the staff was so incredible. From helping schedule things to fit a busy teachers schedule to just their support. Infertility is a difficult journey and the staff was incredible especially Missy. Who was always willing answer any question and at any time. We welcomed our second girl in August 2025.
The GIVF team has been incredible. I never felt like just a number here. Syrveta at the front desk has such a calming presence, and her gentle voice always puts me at ease. The nurse who draws blood is fantastic; as someone who’s afraid of needles, I never feel a thing when she’s working with me. The sonographer, Elena, is wonderful with a great sense of humor. I found GIVF during my research because they are on Aetna’s center of excellence list (approved provider list). I knew I didn’t want to go a big chain company like SGF since I’ve heard enough billing nightmares, impersonal protocols, never seeing the same staff. GIVF is a small clinic but has everything you need. I appreciated that I consistently worked with the same people during my 3 rounds/almost one year there.
