Honest, Helpful people I have been doing business at Givens Auto Parts for sixteen years and have been very satisfied with their merchandise and service. I recognize that this is a very labor intensive operation and many items are special order and it is my obligation as a customer to order the part I need; give the correct model, make and year. Good place to do business I found the friendly hard working people at Givens Aito Parts to be very knowledgeable about auto parts. They have family owned and operated this business since 1962. I have been their customer many many times and always got extraordinary service. but then I have realistic expections and they have always been met. Give them a try. Horrible, defective parts! They sold me a defective engine. Said that they would swap it out with another one when I tried to return it. Instead I found them pour transmision fluid into the crankcase and try to fake it working. When I said that wasn't acceptable they refused to honor their previous statements, refused to swap it out, and refused to refund his money. A complete ripoff! They lied and sold defective parts. When I told another mechanic about this he laughed and said, "You can't buy decent parts from Givens!". Se... read more
First class Very Honest "look you in the eye" kind of team at Givens. Good family people! Always giving that extra ten per-cent that makes for first class service. Hard job made to look easy by these veterans. Phones ringing off the hook but still take the time needed for each customer. Give them a try , you will be glad you did.
