Been going here for a while and liked it though I thought they were a bit pricy. Today my selection came to $4.85. Was told they only take card payments of $5 or more. I only had $4. Cashier asked me what I wanted to put back? Ummmm, NO! You really couldn't just process it for the $0.15 cents less? REALLY??? You lost the ENTIRE sale for not being flexible and making an exception for a repeat customer. I knew I should have just gone into GetGo while I was over there getting gas there. My guests love their Elmo and Sesame Street cookies! I had a lot left over so I ended up giving them away to my neighbor's kids. The sugar cookies are incredibly delicious and the designs are sweet perfection! Thank you for making my son's 2nd birthday, a truly memorable one!
Katie and crew are always so friendly and helpful! We order 10 dozen cookies from her every month for our staff meetings. The staff love them!! Katie always goes out of her way to accommodate us and has great ideas! Her and her family are also very committed to the community and show their support everywhere they go!!
So disappointed that an order for only 2 dozen sugar cookies phoned in 4 days in advance could not be taken. I was told on the phone that I should have called 2 weeks ago or as soon as I knew of my event. Really? for 2 dozen cookies at a cookie bakery? The design I chose was from your website, so you obviously have the cutters and you specialize in sugar cookies. So yes, I'm paying probably a little more at another local bakery who specializes in cakes, but they were happy for the order.

At our shop we make everything fresh for pickup each day....we don't freeze cookies or dough so scheduling is imperative to ensuring quality. We only take so many orders for pickup each day/week so that our quality is never sacrificed. We cannot control how quickly our schedule gets filled...so that is why we always recommend to call as far in advance as possible.
