Joe was exceedingly helpful with my listing in Kon. He and I walked through the house together, and made notes as to what needed to be addressed before listing. He showed an ending patients with the different buyers who placed offers, some of whom wanted a long laundry list of repairs before closing. he and I worked together flawlessly and seamlessly, to address any issues and to get the house sold.
