Horrible after taking off work to go around finding me and my daughter doctors and having to go sign release.forms first the office didn't take a scan of my id so I would have had to leave work once again just to get this information in I don't respect that now my daughter's information went to a Drs that she isn't even going to go to the office should have known to ask for that information after expressing my annoyance to the records department perso. My son originally went to a different office but his pediatrician moved locations and the only pediatrician available at the time was Dr. Shelley Gittens, at our first appointment I had concerns about my sons development that I had expressed to her and she immediately told me he had autism and told us that he would possibly be in special Ed as he gets older and that he would need an ankle monitor, etc. I never went back because I did not like that she immediately assumed he was autistic without doing any type of tests before... read more
