Rude over the phone. Didn't even give me a chance to talk . I deal with agents all over the US and defiantly think if your in the business of working with people you should be able to give them a few minutes of your time. I am also a licensed agent myself in California

Ernest And Gitta came in at a sad time my step dad passed and I had to sell mothers house it made the process even better since they sold her and her husband the house 18 years ago they have made this process a pleasant one even when my mother was sick they sent flowers and a card it was very sweet it has been a great experience thank you

Thank you Gitta and Ernst. The sale of our house was complicated because of the prior owner not closing permits and HOA compliance that fell on us. Also we had moved out of state so dealing with issues in person were not a viable option. Ernst stepped right up and helped us get the house sold. Thank you
