This is a horrible lawyer. He did not represent the case he was paid a large amount of money to do so. Only ask for extensions did not show up for the court hearing and absolutely kept all the funds that he accepted for the case. He has not returned my call after refusing himself from the case without a proper conversation. Do not hire him.

If you're looking for an awesome attorney in the GA area, let me tell ya Ben is the guy. My husband was facing 3-5years and the DA wouldn't come down on his time. We are out of Florida and my husband was out on bond 2x and was sent back to GA. My husband went to court on April 20th 2026 and we were very nervous about going.
