Mary is wonderful! She is exactly the type of property manager apartment complexes need. Very quiet community.
This Place is very nice and quiet and our family feel very safe living there now going on our 3rd year. Mary the office manager is strict but as she should with running an apartment complex. I couldnt have asked for a better office manager. If anything goes wrong or needs fixed shes quick to get it taken cared of. Our family appreciates you mary and the property owners for taken such good care of the property and your tenants. The Hughes Family🙂
The office manager is extremely rude. She’s unprofessional, & disrespectful. There are so many people who could do her job better. The fact that she is supposed to be the face of this company/apartment complex is concerning. Hopefully she will be replaced immediately!
During our visit to the property with the intent to apply for residency, we encountered the property manager. Her demeanor was unexpectedly curt as she inquired about our presence. We expressed our interest in applying and inquired about the possibility of the apartments being designated as low-income housing, as well as the existence of a waitlist. Renters be ware. Apartment manager is absolutely a joke. Very unprofessional at her job. Overbearing watch dog. Totally unfair and unreasonable. Was aloud to move in, there for 3 months then was told would have to redo application with another $300.00 fee . Because she apparently lied on the original application for us to qualify. Absolutely a headache and undo stress. Renter's beware!!!!!😲😲😲😲😲😡😡😡😡😡
