During our visit to the property with the intent to apply for residency, we encountered the property manager. Her demeanor was unexpectedly curt as she inquired about our presence. We expressed our interest in applying and inquired about the possibility of the apartments being designated as low-income housing, as well as the existence of a waitlist. Renters be ware. Apartment manager is absolutely a joke. Very unprofessional at her job. Overbearing watch dog. Totally unfair and unreasonable. Was aloud to move in, there for 3 months then was told would have to redo application with another $300.00 fee . Because she apparently lied on the original application for us to qualify. Absolutely a headache and undo stress. Renter's beware!!!!!😲😲😲😲😲😡😡😡😡😡
Apartments and nice on the inside but they will Nickle and dime you on your monthly rent for any "damages" (repairs) to things inside the unit. the inspect the unit several times a year which for me is an invasion of personal space. My unit had a warped bathroom door that could not be closed during the summer season and I was told it was due to humidity and swelling but they would not fix it. HVAC systems were not serviced regularly which would result in multiple units having no cold air for several days each spring. buildin... read more
