I reached out to Giskev (Ernesto) to schedule a post construction cleaning. We agreed on a estimated price and date. Day before the appointment he cancelled - no problem. I moved my schedule around to accomodate a new date. We were in constant contact over text. The day of new appointment (1 hr before), he says he's cancelling because his people don't show up and I don't answer - which makes no sense. I even confirmed the appointment the afternoon before. Unreliable - look elsewhere if you need cleaning and value your time.
We do a lot of construciton and we are always looking for a good company to come out. We scheduled several times for window cleaning and they never showed up or they cancelled on us. We would not recommend.
Ernesto showed up on time, was very friendly and did a fantastic job in cleaning the windows and keeping everything else in my condo clean as well - highly recommended!
