I just waited an hour to see Dr. Ojeda. Problem is, after waiting so long, I was told they did not accept my particular Blue Cross Blue Shield plan. When I called to make an appointment I gave the receptionist all my insurance information, and she said they accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. I had to wait a week for this appointment. Now I have to start over again with another doctor. I would think that the person who took the information would know what insurance they accept.
