Very informative, intelligent dr!!
Dr Mosnaim is a superb physician in a demanding and challenging field. She is knowledgeable and meticulous and caring and compassionate. Her approach is unfailingly about how to get her patient better but also about thinking of ways to protect them in a changing environmental world in which her immunological patients live. One can sense how thoughtful and forward -thinking about better ways to treat are present in her approach. Staff dropped the ball and no one informed me to stop taking medication before a test that only happens 4x a year. I told several staff members about when I took meds and either they didn't care or didn't know what it was. They proceeded to start the first portion, when the second portion couldn't continue then played dumb to the fact that I had told them about it. Doc seemed to not care and made it seem like it was my fault no one told me about not taking the medicine. The notes about the appointment say nothing about it no... read more
