The owner is not polite at all. She yelled at my mother in law and 4 year old daughter in the mall bathroom for no reason. And all the workers are rude as well. I don’t recommend giving them service.!! All on Nevada day.!
Enjoying Nevada day and the owner of the store approached my mom and my aunt and screamed in their faces over a closed bathroom unprovoked. Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior to treat people like this. This woman is clearly very unstable and obviously cannot handle social interaction.
very disappointed w this salon & Gisele . My daughters biggest day started off BAD all because our 8 AM appointment was forgotten. Not sure what’s worse being forgotten when you literally saw her write it down or them texting me 2 1/2 hours later to see if i was still at the salon asking if Gisele was there now . SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL
Cassandra cuts my kids' hair -- she's great! She's patient when the wiggle and so friendly. They love visiting her and hanging out in the salon. Cassie's work is quality. i cannot recommend her enough!
