Terrible phone communication never ever get called back . Talk to the voicemail all the time but still no call back Dr didn't even send in my meds to the pharmacy and I can't get this office to call me back to explain why I also need to change my appointment for May and still can't get a real person to call me back even through normal business hours so if I could leave 0 stars I would almost 2 weeks went by and finally got a phone call back but the nurse just called me to argue and call names this is the most horrible Dr off... read more
Awesome service and been taking care of me for 9 years. best care I've had since spinal injury 16 years ago.
I have been a patient for years.Dr. G is one of the best Dr's I have ever seen. Sheri's kind, empathetic and an overall good person. Brittany in the office always goes above and beyond. Sharen is so sweet and caring. 5 stars is just not enough
Never could get the doctor or the nurse or the PA to call me back miscommunication.
Compared to other physician’s offices I use, I am giving Dr. Giraults office a 2. I’ve been seen at her office for over 3 years. The phone communication with this office is terrible during normal business hours and especially after hours. They don’t have an answering service. They use an answering machine which says they will call you back within 24 hours; however, you’re lucky to get a call back at all. After hours and weekend communication is zero.
