I was very disappointed and embarrassed by the flowers which were recently sent to a sick relative. We purchased an expensive arrangement with extras and what was delivered could have been purchased in a supermarket for a 3rd of the price. I would never recommend this florist.
Ordered on Friday. Specifically asked if flowers could be delivered Saturday morning before 10:00am. Arrived in Gisborne to find no flowers and the shop closed on Saturday's. Left a message saying I was not happy and would be contacting them on Monday and would expect a refund. Flowers arrived at 1:45pm obviously after the message was picked up Would never recommend and seriously not happy.
I’m in Ireland and ordered these flowers for my friend in Victoria. Glenys was very helpful and flowers were beautiful. Thank you.
