We are renovating our house after a flood and we contracted with GIS for the renovations. I don't know how this company and Tony could have such a high rating because we were not satisfied at all. We sent numerous texts with questions but he ignored us. We received very unprofessional responses from Lilly saying we do not understand how the process works. Tony and all the G.I.S. crew are seriously miracle workers. We had a slow leak in the bathroom turn into a huge problem that required extensive demo and remodeling. Through insurance battles and delays, Tony and the guys were responsive and really worked their asses off to make sure our home was not only functional again but beautiful as well. He really saw my vision and executed it perfectly. Could not ask for a better group of guys working on our home.
