Dr parcells is absolutely amazing and we love her to bits and pieces, however, the office is absolutely horrendous. I went to get a shot and consolation and they moved it to a later date and taking away the consolation without discussing with us or telling us. When I went in they didn’t know what shot they were supposed to give me and when trying to reschedule to actually talk to the doctor the lady at the front office kept calling and asking if moving it to this time is ok and I kept repeating myself and she didn’t listen a... read more

5 stars to Dr. Stone, as she has done a great job with my two daughters. 0 stars to the office staff. Monthly visits starting in January, yet charges weren't run through insurance until August, with my first bill coming in September for the entire year of charges. Monthly visits weren't necessary and would have been dropped if I had received this huge invoice earlier. It seems extremely unethical and unprofessional to me to purposefully withhold an invoice for fear of losing some billable visits, as was clearly the case here... read more
This office is amazing. The office staff and physicians are thoughtful kind and thorough. One thing I LOVE is their philosophy on teaching children at a young age how to begin to care for their own medical needs.
Dr. Parcells and Dr.Stone are some of the most amazing doctors ever! They don't treat you like just another number they take time to listen to your concerns and questions. I have never seen a staff who is as dedicated to your health and wellness as they are!
