My partner, Ted, was struggling at home post-pneumonia. Nauman Ali, RN, had strong positive impact on us giving excellent insight and advice, all with a warm and caring manner. The other wonderful professionals (: Samantha, physical therapist, and Madison, speech/language therapist) were also impressive in their skills and care. I am an RN and PhD psychologist and have worked in hospitals and clinics. My assessment of these professionals is informed by years working in healthcare. Margaret & Ted Kavanau

Terrible communication. A referral was made from the hospital for a home health aide, PT, and OT. The agency called to confirm the referral on the day of the discharge and then decided to deactivate the referral thinking it was an inappropriate referral based on location - but never called to tell us!! After two days of chasing them down, they realized they had been mistaken and reactivated the referral. Avoid at all costs, they sent 2 nurses to examine my mom within 2 days, another nurse wanted to do the same, i told him, mom had two visits, why was this becoming a daily thing? Got the supervisor's (Joanne Romanelli) telephone number to let her know of this, 2 days later no call back. Called the intake dept., no one picked up after 15 rings, it's clear Girling needs to clean house. Really should be zero stars.
