If I could give this company less than a star, I would. They don’t actually care about their patients. They only care about the money coming in from the government to cover their services which are already subpar. Do your research and find a better company to help you with your loved ones situations.
Something has to change with the way this company organizes visits. Every visit is announced the day before, before for PT visits, nurse inspections - anything. It gives family members no time to plan to be present for loved ones.
I underwent total knee replacement surgery and needed physical therapy. The first therapist came for two sessions, but I had to let him go because he didn't demonstrate any exercises and spent the whole time on his phone; I needed someone who would truly help me, as I couldn't move my leg at all. Its only been two weeks i have not received nurse to my house to check on me and i am in a lot of pain
Physical therapy doing excellent job i want to retrun me. I do recommend him to other people.
