I love working for Girling Community Care! Awesome trainging and support from everyone.
I found my forever job. Absolutly love the atmosphere, kindness and the care from my fellow co-workers. The training process has been a success. I would like to give a special thanks to the entire staff.
Out of 1 Month the company was only able to supply my mom with a provider only 3 days the rest of the days either someone was getting back with me which never happen or they said someone was coming out and they were a no show. The importance of the client is 0 if you ask me, if I had to rate them 1-10 I would give them a 1. I work a full time job and has missed multiple days in the last 30 days i do not recommend this company.
I'm a provider and this company does not believe in checks and balances or case management. I have been working since March 17 and I have yet to be paid. I gave the case manager my new address for my first pay check and she failed to follow-up with HR therefore my check went to my old address. I even requested a debit card so that my pay could be direct deposited, and needless to say she failed to follow-up on that request as well.
