They do not pay good at all. I worked 42 hrs a week with no pto, holiday pay, bonuses or anything. I worked for them on and off since 2011 and by 2025 I was only making 12 something. Only reason i stayed with them is because I begin working for my mom. They have all these rules, but can't reward their employees. I hate I even gave them any of my time to be honest.
My Supervisor, Jennifer, is wonderful. I decided to leave my position with Girling, but she has been working hard to help me find something else within the company that I can do. She is always helpful with whatever I need from her. Jennifer works in the Waco office, and whoever has her as their supervisor should be grateful.
