Not even worth the one start review. My mother has been working her for around 4 years and just now got fired for sticking up for her clients!! This is not the first instance that this has happened. The worse is docking workers hours and pay!! Do not recommend Girling to anyone even family members. Management is terriable to workers and the elderly. Something seriously need to be done about this company!!
Lauren is very uncaring and unprofessional with us I have not talked to corporate but will if it happens again. Was told worker would be here at one was two when arriving today Worker told us that Lauren knew she was not available until other times so we waited for an hour not knowing what’s going on or if worker quit. Lauren did not seem to care one bit Sad
Nobody calls and lets you know their sending someone out to your house, just shows up, when after 2 months, and then some girl shows up. And asks me what to do. I thought of you don't know what to do, don't ask me. That's just cleaning service, they can't find no workers out here in West Texas, for 10.50 a hr.
