After calling several times for a week, Lisa Sloan reached out to me. Shes not my coordinator, but time to call me today after hours to help me and made sure my hours were correct. She is very personable, tentative and didnt try to brush me off. This woman is compassionate, caring and listened to me. Girling is lucky to have such a spcial, dedicated and loves helping people. Shes the best. Thanks Lisa❤️
Some coordinators Can be rude at times to families. Always understaffed and has trouble keeping staff. Staff members only make $8 an hour and these ladies do alot for very little pay. I have since taken my loved one out out of their non services. They hardly ever call us back or address our concerns. My family member has been out of a replacement help since the other lady quit for 2 weeks now. Not recommended by my family at all.
