I absoultely love this Gym and the atmosphere is amazing. The staff are very friendly and always there to help you with whatever you may need help with. Sarah is not only there to help you focus on what you are trying to do but also there to show you exactly what you need to do. Her Boot camp classes are intense and awesome. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for an all girl, fun, amazing place to go to bring your sexy back or just to be fit....

Girl Power Fitness is the right fit for me. The atmosphere is cozy, relaxing, and motivating. It's sort of a quick get away from a busy schedule. In the short time I've been a member, I can definitely say that Sara, the owner is high energy, and she challenges you to push yourself. Sometimes I'm like "not today," but when I do push and take the time to fit it into my schedule, I feel refreshed. Still working on being consistent. To be continued...until I reach my goal- a Healthier, Lighter, ME :-)

I used to go to a gym that didn't acknowledge your presence unless you stood in their face to ask them a question that they couldn't be bothered with. Now I go to Girl Power and get personal help with loosing the unnescessary weight that I put on with age. I get to work out hard and be in a fun atmosphere where Sarah pushes me harder and increases my endurance for more cardio, and strength training. I would recommend that anyone with any desire to get in shape or just want to work out to join us at Girl Power.

Thisplace is great I love my trainer she is one of the craziest and in shape people i know She always has a different workout for me that targets all the right areas I knew girl power was for me when after a month of working out my 13 year old daughter said to me mom you getting skinny I would recommend it to anyone

Perfect place for getting back in shape and keeping fit! Sarah provides a bright, cheerful and relaxed environment to get serious about your workout. I am sooo thankful she made it happen! We were in need of a convenient and fun work out place for all gals of every shape and size. Don't know what I would do without Girl Power Fitness!

I have been a member of Girl Power for 2 months. I joined Girl Power because I was looking for a place to work out where I could feel comfortable. I looked at other gyms in the area, but I felt out of place there. There were always lots of machines that I didn't feel familar with and lots of bodybuilders. Girl Power offered me a workout that was easy to learn and follow in an enviornment where I feel like I fit in. Not only are there machines to use, but Sarah also works one-on-one with you to help you meet your goals. It's like having a personal trainer....she's energetic and wants you to work hard. ARGHHHHHH!!!! You really feel it after her boot camp sessions -- they're that good!! Come make new friends while working out in this friendly and personable workout room! It's time to make those new year's resoutions!!

Before coming here I visited at least 3 other gyms and none of them really felt right. I like that when you walk in Ms. Sarah greets you by name and is willing to help you meet your goals. Not many gyms include personal training, boot camp, and zumba in for one price let alone a reasonable price, but you get all of those things here. I also learned new ways to work out like the kettle bell and the circuit equipment. I'm glad I chose this gym and anybody else who chooses it won't be disappointed.
