made a well being exam (yearly physical) appointment which the insurance covers 100% and the office and doctor refused to code the visit as such. Nightmare attempting Health First Medical Group to correct their mistake. I didn't even get to see the doctor, mu appointment was canceled twice by them and finally mid December a virtual visit was performed. Do Not Recommend this practice and do not recommend Dr Ramesh Girjashanker

I really do not care for the staff at the new office. We called for a routine test result and was told by the lady, "I am working from home so I can not help you." When we finally received the test result we were told "it's positive". Well what does that mean? I guess I have cancer so why is the receptionist telling me this? Also, the front desk is collecting copays for preventative/wellness visits. I was referred to Dr G because my previous Dr (Dale Adamson) passed away (prayers to family). My first visit was very pleasant. Great re-pore with patients, thorough and knowledgeable. I was in and out. What else can I say? Will request him for my next visit.
I used to see Dr G via the walk-in clinic prior to him establishing a practice. When I heard he had a practice as a PCP, I left my then PCP to go to Dr G’s practice. He has always helped me. He is very thorough, you feel like he will take care of you and fix whatever you have. He also has a great since of humor and you feel very relaxed around him. Staff is also great.
