Very unprofessional, belligerent and condescending. Very specifically told his office I would not be back, I would pursue another dr. Have had calls and now a letter telling me that I need to do the testing they ordered - which grew from one recommendation while we were there to now four. Have even told them on their call that I was not his patient and to take me out of their system. Appears that the office staff doesn't understand the word 'no.'
1st time with a cardiologist and was very impressed with how thorough he was on our initial visit. I am a retired healthcare professional and feel I can size up a physician accurately.
Dr. Shroff was fantastic, spent time with my family after my procedure and time with me later in my hospital room to explain the procedure that were done and more importantly my future and life changes I need to make.

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
