Richard provided outstanding service from start to finish. He came out the same day I called to give me a very fair and reasonable estimate, then returned just two days later to complete the job exactly as promised. The stump was enormous and had grown into a chain-link fence, so I expected at least some damage or a portion of the stump to remain. Instead, Richard's precision was remarkable.
