I first called Mr. Girdner when my mom went on hospice. The fact that it was a Sunday afternoon, and he answered his own phone was great. At a time like that you REALLY don’t want to have to leave a message! He explained everything to me because I’ve never dealt with this before. His kindness and understanding made me feel so at peace. Mom passed Sunday night, I called them Monday morning and talked to Ms. Girdner who walked me through everything.
