theres alot of animals like crickets, red ants, and tiny black bugs and on the inside the ants are festering the apartments and crickets too sometimes, also neighbors are really easy to hear outside and upstairs, but inside its really nice and modern u just have to work with the tiny space and make it look decent and clean.
It’s been almost a year living here, good so far, maintenance tries hard to get your problems fix, laundry on site, 1 small park for kids like 3-5 ages, no pool, no designated parking which I like, my 2 bedroom 1 room is spacious but the other sadly could have been bigger, balcony, living room and kitchen are a good size.
