Awful! Please read the other online reviews. I wish I had. There is a lot of theft, they don't fix issues quickly, management is horrible. It is a bad place to live in general, and when you finally move out, and they try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Get absolutely everything in writing. There is a ton of incompetence and a serious lack of caring about residents.
Girard is great if your looking for a cheap no hassle place to live. All furniture, utilities and internet are included in the price. Its down the street from UNM so you can walk.
