This place has no business dealing with the mentally ill! They do not return phone calls, there is never a “scheduler” in office, they send out random appointments that they have made and then do not call you until the day before if at all. When you call them they are unhelpful, unprofessional, and uncaring of the pain and suffering they’re responsible for by not actually performing any service. They block things getting taken care of. I love this place. So far so good. They help with my meds and appointments. All Fairley nice people and easy to work with. I have no complaints so far and very happy to say so. So far so good as I proceed.
This group had incompetent case managers who screw up appointments and then blame the patient. My son had been under there care for a year, had never seen a doctor gave to fave, and had his CM screw up at LEAST 4 appointments. DO NOT USE THEM!
I've been trying to get an appointment for three months, they scheduled me for the 24th and I get a call on the 23rd that I missed my appointment they purposely edited my appointment to make me miss it they've done it a few times to me.
How can Magellan legally force me to take medication and come in for medication or be forcibly picked up by cops and sent to the mental ward? They're not saving my life, and they act like they're aggressively saving me yet when i really need help they don't do shit. I hate em.
