Pedro was amazing. He was very responsive and professional, as well as knowledgeable. My new old floors look amazing and have such a beautiful new life. I would highly recommend.
The contractor was on time and professional. At first, the floors looks great, but, after a few months of regular cleaning, I began to notice the urethane finish was uneven and there were streaks where the urethane coverage was almost nonexistent. After three years, the finish is so uneven/bare in spots that the floors will have to be refinished.
