We were without air all night in this heatwave and called these guys in the am. First thing this morning Austin came to the house and quickly restored our air by 0900!!! He was very pleasant and professional as always!!! Thanks guys!
I have used Gipson Heating and Air for 2 HVAC units now, five years ago and this week. Shane is so knowledgeable, kind, and a man of integrity. His prices have been well below the other companies. I cannot say enough good things about Gipson Heating & Air Conditioning! We truly trust them with every single HVAC need, and they are always able to fit us in whenever we have an issue, even if it’s a tiny issue. I recommend them to anyone and everyone that ever has an HVAC issue. We trust them in our home, and we trust that they always know what our HVAC needs and aren’t just trying to sell us a new HVAC. 10/10 recommend them!

Find another HVAC company! Another company came out to look at the heat today and said a single-wall pipe, which is against code, was installed and can cause carbon monoxide to leak into the air, which is why double-wall pipes are now required. Plus, the duct work was not put together correctly, the gas line is out of code, the inducer draft motor seal was ripped out and never put on, and the circuit board is damaged.
